Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, CEO of the Bahrain International Circuit, gave circuit owners and operators from around the world valuable insights on "Creating and marketing a new venue in a new motorsports market ". He was one of the headliners of the "Marketing Motorsports Circuits" session at the Professional Motorsport Circuit Forum in Cologne (Köln), Germany.
He explained to a large international audience, what makes Bahrain special and how the BIC's team has met challenging objectives, while paving the way for motorsports and more circuits in the Gulf region, and at the same time serving the whole Kingdom of Bahrain by putting it on the world map.
BIC was sponsor of the 2010 Professional MotorSport World Expo Awards.
